Keeping You Focused on Learning
At Eastern Kentucky University goal is to provide our online students with unprecedented academic, technical, and administrative support and resources. Support comes in many forms including your enrollment advisor, program manager, course instructor, professional facilitator, fellow peers, e-learning helpdesk support, and the EKU’s online library.
For each course, you will have the opportunity to interact with a learning group of your peers while receiving continual support from your professional facilitator. Every course is delivered by an Eastern Kentucky University faculty member who is committed to helping you succeed.
Your Enrollment Advisor is assigned to assist you, answer your questions and guide you through the admissions process.
Your Program Manager is available to aid you with any administrative needs you may have.
Your Course Instructor is responsible for the course design and ensuring that your learning needs are being met.
Your Professional Facilitator is your guide for completing course assignments, achieving course learning objectives, participating in chat and interaction sessions, and satisfying your Independent Study requirements.
Your Fellow Peers will be interacting with you regularly in your small learning group.
Your E-Learning Helpdesk Support is available to you should you have any problems with the course technology.
The EKU Online Library is available to you anytime, anywhere.
