FSE/OSH 200 – Applied Fire and Safety Analysis
FSE/OSH 200 focuses on the process and practice of research in fire and safety. The Applied Fire and Safety Analysis course is designed to familiarize you with the existing sources of fire science data and the procedures to follow when conducting research. By examining the correct and incorrect data gathering procedures, students will develop the ability to critically evaluate and perform fire science research. Topics covered include: how to ask research questions, major research methods, coding and analyzing data, data presentation, writing a research paper, sources of fire and safety data.
