Business Continuity will be discussed as an extension of a facility Emergency Action Plan to include the general phases of emergency response, crisis management, and business restoration. This course will address the value added activity of not only planning a response to events that may result in business interruption, but will also address critical factors to consider in restoring normal operational activity.
