CHE 101/101L – Chemistry in Everyday Life/Lab

Prerequisite or Corequisite: CHE 101L. For students who plan to take no more than one year of chemistry. Basic principles of structure and properties of matter, chemical nomenclature and reactivity. Relates chemistry concepts to everyday life phenomena. A withdrawal from CHE 101 must be matched by a withdrawal from CHE 101L. Gen. Ed. VII (NS) or IVB with CHE 101L. (Prerequisite: completion of all developmental requirements.)
