Lee Bradley, Facilitator
Lee Bradley is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Industrial Engineering and MS in Safety Engineering with a minor in Industrial Psychology. He is a professional member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) and is a board certified safety professional (CSP).
Lee currently works for Nike, Inc. at their world headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon as head of Nike’s Operational Risk Management which includes Global Environmental, Safety and Health, Risk Control and Business Continuity/Crisis Management programs. His team is responsible for programs to ensure compliance and support for over 1000 facilities and 30,000 employees globally including offices, manufacturing, and distribution. He started at Nike as the Corporate Environmental, Safety and Health manager responsible for global programs and initiatives as well as monitoring and remediation.
Prior to his work at Nike, Lee worked in the defense industry as a Safety Engineer for Texas Instruments and Raytheon. Lee also served as Corporate Environmental, Safety and Health manager in the tech industry. Throughout his career, Lee has developed and managed an array of environmental, safety and health programs, management systems and supported the development of young corporate safety leaders. Focus areas have been environmental and safety management systems, audit/compliance programs, ergonomics, and behavior based safety.
Lee is married with two children (boy and girl ages 5 and 1 respectively). He currently lives in Portland, OR where he enjoys the mountains, ocean and trees. Lee is an avid sports fan – playing and watching and supports the Green Bay Packers, Houston Astros and Houston Rockets.
