Lucas Tinsley, Facilitator

Lucas Tinsley is currently a firefighter with the City of Richmond Fire Department. His duties with the city are as a firefighter and apparatus driver/operator. He also served one year as co-chair for the city’s safety committee with responsibilities involving the city’s safety policies and procedures. Lucas also served as the safety coordinator for an industrial plant in Berea, KY after his graduation from EKU.

Lucas graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a B.S. in Fire and Safety Engineering Technology and an M.S. in Loss Prevention and Safety.
