Tara Rose, Facilitator

Tara Rose is currently a part-time facilitator within the Department of Security, Safety, and Emergency Management within the College of Justice and Safety at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU). Tara brings to the Department statistical analysis experience and research skills from her years with the Kentucky Legislative Research Commission, and the Justice and Safety Center at EKU. A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Tara received her Bachelor of Science in Corrections and Juvenile Services, Master of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master of Public Administration. Tara is currently working towards her Doctorate Degree in Public Administration emphasizing in Public Policy. Tara’s interests include research, program evaluation, policy analysis, school safety/emergency preparedness in higher education institutions, and assessment of student learning in higher education institutions.
