William D. Hicks
William D. Hicks an Assistant Professor for the Department of Safety, Security & Emergency Management. Mr. Hicks has a B.S. in Fire & Safety Engineering Technology and a M.S. in Loss Prevention & Safety from Eastern Kentucky University. He serves as the Assistant chief of the Whitehall Fire Department. He is a NAFI & IAAI Certified Fire, Arson and Explosive Investigator, and a NFPA Certified Fire Protection Specialist. He is a consultant to industry in several technical areas including fire protection detection and suppression systems, emergency response, emergency management and preparedness.
