William S. Ragland, Facilitator

William S. Ragland, Ph.D., is a structural engineer with Chad Stewart and Associates in Knoxville, TN. Dr. Ragland holds Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Science, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee. His research is focused on non-destructive damage detection on full-scale bridge structures, and he has published several articles in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings. He also has experience in designing several types of structural systems for buildings.
